TEAMING UP

It's official! You're teaming up with us!

Now that you're all in with our amazing team we'll wrap up all the formal stuff.

We'll email you your contract and collect your deposit (We do offer financing too!)

We've had the opportunity to get to know you a little and have a great starting place.

So the next step is....

LET'S GET DESIGNING

It's time to get designing. Knowing the layout and style ahead of time will remove any confusion and make the process clear and easy.

One of our Designing Nashville team members will schedule another meeting where they will take measurements.

Shortly after you will receive your floor plan, mood board and 3D renderings.

Then you'll see your vision

start to become a reality.

BREAKING GROUND

Now your project begins!

Your home will be treated like our home and we'll take great care to keep your space tidy and secure.

Communication is key, you'll be

provide daily updates with

photos and videos.

This process will help you stay comfortable, informed, and relaxed during the construction process.
